Hailey

Beautiful Hailey was born in mid-November
to a Chow-Golden Retriever mix mommy &
what looks like a Chow daddy.  She has
the laid-back, easy-going temperament of
a Chow.  Hailey is a compact gal, around
20 pounds, and would probably do
well in a home that is relatively quiet, and where she can be the only queen in the canine casa. Hailey will
quickly attach herself to you & become your
soulmate for life!

Katie

Adorable Katie came to us from the shelter
where her mom gave birth to one baby on January 26th!
She is drop dead gorgeous, with a
beautiful gray & white coat, and stunning
blue eyes!  Katie's mom was a wiggle-butt, super-friendly Pitty, and it looks like her dad
may have been Weimaranar.

Henry

Henry was abandoned at our vets office,
but with typical puppy forgiveness, he's moved
right into one of our foster homes & never
looked back!  This cute little boy is about
3 months old & an adorable Terrier mix,
with a long body & precious little low-rider legs.  He's active, playful, and ohhh so friendly!  Henry will probably be in the 15 pound range when he's all grown up.

Hillary

Fun-loving Hillary was abandoned high up
in a canyon with her sister, all alone to
fend for themselves among the coyotes!
Luckily, someone was taking a walk & found
them before something awful happened!
Hillary is around 6 months old, a goofy, happy Lab mix who has the wonderful nature of the
Lab breed.  Right now she is around 25 pounds & will probably top out at 35-40
pounds, a great size to have fun with!

Sweetie was born around
November 30th to a cutie-pie Pug-Chihuahua mix
mommy & an obviously handsome daddy.  She is playful, spunky, and cuddly, and is getting tons of good care &
socialization in a foster home with 2 kids!

Peter

Peter is a 6 month old Chiweenie with short legs and big feet like a Doxie but the fun ears of a Chi! He loves to play with other dogs his size and is fine with kitty cats. Peter loves to be held and will snuggle up to you on the couch every chance he gets, even rolling over for tummy rubs when he's feeling really relaxed. Peter weighs 5.5lbs and is the perfect size to take with you anywhere you go!

Bouncing Boxers!

Born around January 17th to what appears to be
a set of Boxer parents, these babies ended up in the
shelter, all alone & starving!  They are having a
blast in one of our foster homes, where they are getting
all of the food they want, as well as a nice, warm bed to
sleep on.  They are typical Boxers.....happy, bouncy, and
extremely playful.  Fun babies!

Ginny loves to play, and has fun hunting lizards and other
critters in the yard, She knows how to sit and does a happy dance everytime the foster mom comes home. She's around 18 months
old and 15lbs. She would be a great agility dog, as she can
leap like a gazelle & is very smart!

up in the shelter for no apparent reason,
but now we have them & they are safe in
one of our fab foster homes, getting good
food & lots of love!  Ginny has 4 baby

This beautiful fluffy-faced gal looks like
a puppy, but she is a lovely long-legged lady
who is getting ready to have puppies.

January 13th
Happy Birthday.......finally!
After a rough delivery & a couple of trips to the
hospital in between babies, Carly's family is now complete!
She is resting comfortably in one of our fabulous foster homes, where she is getting excellent care.

Six Men & a Little Lady

These 7 little babies ended up in the
shelter with their mommy, who is a
white Terri-Malti-Cocka-Poo.  We got the babies & another rescue group took the
mommy because feeding 7 had become
too much for such a small mommy dog.
The pups were born around January 18th
and all are just as sweet & cute as can be!

the shelter with 6 newborn babies!  She is
safe & sound in one of our fabulous foster homes,
where she is getting lots of love!

Imani came to us from the shelter, where she was dumped
with her 6 precious little babies, who were born around
around January 18th.  There are 2 girls & 4 boys in
this adorable little family.  Looks like daddy may
have been a terrier of some kind, but we can't be sure.

Boston Babies

These 4 little babies were born around
January 25th to what looks like a Boston
Terrier mommy or daddy, but since we got
them as orphans, we can't be 100% sure.
They have the face of a Boston, along with
the short tail, and the outgoing personality!
They are full of spunk & just as cute as they can be!

Labbie Trio

These precious little Lab mixes were born to
 a fantastically friendly Yellow Lab mommy & a big fat question mark daddy.  Mommy took care of them
for as long as she could, but now they are own their
own & looking for their forever families.  All 3 have
that loveable Lab personality, and beautiful blonde hair!
They were born around January 26th.

These brothers were born to a German
Shepherd mommy & a roving daddy, and
they sure turned out handsome!  Both boys
are calm for such young toddlers, but
very friendly & loveable.  They were born
around January 25th

Sweet little Mai Mai came to us from the
shelter & is now awaiting the birth of her
babies.  She is tiny, only around 6 pounds,
and just as sweet as can be!  She gets
along good with doggies, kitties, and loves
people!

Hoss and Lil Joe

These baby boys came to us when
they were newborns who had been dumped
in the shelter without a mommy.  They
were born around February 7th & have been
bottle fed, but now are learning to eat
the good stuff from bowls!  It looks
like they may be around 40-50 pounds when
fully grown, but that is a wild guess at this
stage.

Thaddeus and Thumbelina

This bro-sis duo came to us from the shelter
without a mommy or daddy, but they are very
happy & well-adjusted pups, having a great
time playing in their foster home.  We can
only guess what they will grow up to be,
but our best estimate is they will be in the
40 pound range when adults.  They were born
around February 7th

Sadie

Sweet Sadie was found hiding in the bushes
near a hospital on a busy street, trying no
doubt to find a safe place to have her babies.
Luckily, we got her before the stork arrived,
and she was able to give birth in the
comfort & warmth of a foster home.  Sadie
is going to be very busy the next few weeks,
taking care of her 9 children who were born on
February 4th!

This sweet little mommy-to-be found herself
in the cold, scary shelter, very underweight
with a belly full of babies.  She is now safe with
us, getting all the good food she wants & sleeping
in a warm bed.

Chunky little low-rider, sweet as can
be, found herself abandoned in the shelter
ready to have babies!  We have her now & she
is obviously lovin' life in her foster home!

STORK UPDATE
The stork update is there will be no stork!
Dixie is NOT pregnant, just very well-fed!
She is spayed, and ready for her home!
Quiet, loving, she is sharing a bed with twin girls & 2
cats, so she is going to make an awesome pet for
a very lucky family.

Sweet as sugar Beth came to us from the scary
shelter with a tummy full of babies.  She is now
getting lots of love in a foster home, where she
is awaiting the arrival of her tots!

Tiny little 8 pound Piper was one of our mommy
dogs, now it's her turn to find the perfect home.
Actually, she is the perfect dog!  Quiet, friendly,
gets along great with dogs, cats, and adores people.
Piper is going to make the ultimate companion pet.

Darling Adolfo is quite the charmer!
A beautiful 2 year old, 25 pound Spaniel mix, he actually looks like a gorgeous blonde micro Golden Retriever, and has the sweet personality to match.  He is calm, quiet, and sooooo loveable........just about
as close to perfect as you can get in a doggie!
He is in love with the older female dog in the foster home, so Adolfo would do great with another
dog to pal around with.

Taffy

Taffy has been a great mommy to her
babies, but now it's time for her to find
a home to call her own.  Taffy is a
Pug-Chihuahua mix, with the most loving
personality.  Her favorite pastime is cuddling,
although she has an adorable playful streak.
She gets along good with other dogs & likes
children.  Taffy is about a year old & 12 pounds. 
She will make a wonderful companion pet.

Priscilla

Arrived December 28th

Beautiful Priscilla came to us with a belly full
of precious babies, but all have been adopted,
now it's Priscilla's turn.  She is such a fun dog,
full of personality!  Priscilla is a happy girl, loves to
play, and gives the best kisses in the world.  She loves
absolutely everyone she meets, big & small, short or tall!
She gets along good with other dogs, but is a bit too
interested in the kitty cats, so they would be a no-no.

Bobby

Bobby is a 9 month old pup who was adopted from us as a baby at 8 weeks old. He was recently returned by his family due to their changing circumstances so he is looking for a family in need of a fun-loving companion! He has been through a basic obedience course and knows how to sit - he is also housebroken! Bobby plays well with other dogs and is very people friendly, so he will make the ultimate family dog!  He weighs close to 30lbs

Alice

Alice is an almost 2 year old Dalmatian Black
Lab mix who would love to have a home
with children!  She is quite the homebody &
prefers staying at home hanging out with
her family.  She knows her basic commands
and excels in the art of shaking
hands......and she has the wonderful talent of catching treats in her mouth!  She is crate trained, but prefers
hopping on the bed to snuggle with
family members.  A great gal who deserves
a wonderful home!

Mojo

Mojo came to us from someone who
bought him at a petstore & decided they
didn't want him when they found out he
was deaf.  Their loss is our gain, because
Mojo is such a sweetheart, a truly fun little
guy with a very cuddly personality.  He is
quick to learn & his foster mom has taught
him the basic commands in sign language!
Mojo would love to have some kids to play

Chicory

Chicory is a beautiful and unique looking girl, around 2 years old and 60lbs. She is very friendly with people and loves to run around the yard hunting lizards and small critters. She also loves to go for walks. Chicory has basic obedience skills and is housebroken.  Chicory would do well in a home
with a mellow large breed male dog.

Meet Ella, the most outgoing girl on the block!  This little gal is all about fun.  She is so cute with her toys, all she wants to do is share.  She will bring them to her foster brother's and sister's and challenge them to a tug of war.  Although she is a mere 10 pounds, she is a sturdy gal and has a funny little gate to her walk that has earned her the nickname "Tank".  Ella has been fostered in a home with lots of other dogs and gets along with them all but would prefer a home without cats.  She is house trained and knows how to use a dog door making her an easy addition to any family.  She has lots of energy but easily calms down for endless snuggles on your lap and has a never ending supply of kisses!

Harriet was one of our mommy dogs, now it's time for her to find a home.  She is very unique looking.......a 35 pound
Terrier mix with luscious deep golden blonde hair &
ears to die for.  She is a true sweetheart who
would love to have a family of her own.

Miss Minnie is 11 lbs of pure love, and will
follow you to the ends of the earth!  She adores
her foster mommy & her canine foster sister, so
she would love to have another small dog to
pal around with.  She is a loyal gal who would
do well in a quieter home.  Minnie is

Maddie came to us from the shelter at 8 months old and pregnant! Despite being so young she was a wonderful mommy but is now finished with that and ready for a home where she can finish her puppyhood. Maddie is around 12-15lbs and looks like a "chiweenie", chihuahua and dachsund mix. She is shy and would love a home where someone is looking for a lap-warmer!
