Chloe

This sweet little girl was born on November
29th to a Lab mix mommy & what looks like
a Boxer daddy, however, she doesn't have
the hyper bouncy personality of either breed.
She is very much a "chill pill" kind of gal,
and has been an absolute favorite of
the foster home.  She is probably going to
stay on the petite side, probably in the 35 pound.

Rosie & Sweetie were born around
November 30th to a cutie-pie Pug-Chihuahua mix
mommy & an obviously handsome daddy.  Both these
little girls are playful, spunky, and cuddly!
They are getting tons of good care &
socialization in a foster home with 2 kids!

Alice

Alice is an almost 2 year old Dalmatian Black
Lab mix who would love to have a home
with children!  She is quite the homebody &
prefers staying at home hanging out with
her family.  She knows her basic commands
and excels in the art of shaking
hands!  She is crate trained, but prefers
hopping on the bed to snuggle with
family members.  A great gal who deserves
a wonderful home!

Bobby

Bobby is a 9 month old pup who was adopted from us as a baby at 8 weeks old. He was recently returned by his family due to their changing circumstances so he is looking for a family in need of a fun-loving companion! He has been through a basic obedience course and knows how to sit - he is also housebroken! Bobby plays well with other dogs and is very people friendly, so he will make the ultimate family dog!  He weighs close to 30lbs

Peter

Peter is a 6 month old Chiweenie with short legs and big feet like a Doxie but the fun ears of a Chi! He loves to play with other dogs his size and is fine with kitty cats. Peter loves to be held and will snuggle up to you on the couch every chance he gets, even rolling over for tummy rubs when he's feeling really relaxed. Peter weighs 5.5lbs and is the perfect size to take with you anywhere you go!

This cutie was one of our mommy dogs,
now it's her turn to find a home to call her
own.  April is a 2 year old, 14 pound bundle
of love!  She gets along good with other dogs
and has a very sweet nature.  She will
make a lovely companion pet for a lucky
family.

Rocco

Rocco and his brother came to us as orphans, without
a mommy or daddy, but they have thrived in
their foster home where they are getting
plenty of good care, love, and attention.
They were born around November 13th &
will probably be in the 50 pound range when fully grown.
They appear to have a touch
of Border Collie in them, but who knows!

He is friendly, outgoing, and full of personality.

This lovely purebred Peke ended up
in the shelter with her newborn babies, and
we got them out minutes after they arrived.
She is being such a good mommy, taking
care of her 4 little babies.  All boys!

Rocky & Apollo

Arrived Dec 18th

Precious Lulu came to us from the Riverside
shelter ready to pop with babies, which she
did on December 21st.  It was a tough delivery,
but Lulu gave birth to 4 babies, with 2 surviving. 
Lulu's baby boys are such happy babies, full of
personality & spunk!  They have the precious Beagle
look to them, complete with droopy ears!  They will
probably be in the 15-20 pound range when fully grown.

Mommy Laci should have been named Sugar
because that is how sweet she is.  Very laid back
and easy-going (and NOT a barker), this little
lady just wants to love you!  She is the ultimate
companion pet.........housebroken & gets along
good with other dogs.

Lovely little Laci came to us with what looked like
a belly full of babies, but it turns out she only had
2 hiding in there.  On December 22, she gave birth to one normal size pup, and unfortunately,
one extremely large oversized puppy which she had a
difficult time delivering.  Sadly, that pup did not survive, however, Laci (and the foster mom!) was a real trooper &
is being a great mom to her only child.

If anyone out there still thinks its cute & fun for
their dog to have a litter, Laci's story proves
you wrong.

We have no idea what these babies truly are, as
they ended up in the shelter as complete orphans, however,
they are very small & have a Cockpoo-ish look to them.
We are guessing they will be in the 15 pound range when

Marlo

Arrived December 28th

Miss Marlo was a surprise!  We were at
the shelter picking up another dog & there
was Marlo, worn out & cold, lying flat on her back
birthing babies!  We put her in our car, where
she proceeded to pop out a few more
babies on the ride home.  Once home,
she topped off the tank with baby #9.
A 20 pound dog with 9 babies. 
Absurd.

Precious little 8 pound Piper came to us
from the cold, scary shelter, pregnant of course.
While we are anxiously awaiting the birth
of her babies, Miss Piper is too busy
having fun & socializing to worry about
giving birth.

a puppy, but she is a lovely long-legged lady
who is getting ready to have puppies.

After a rough delivery & a couple of trips to the
hospital in between babies, Carly's family is now complete!
She is resting comfortably in one of our fabulous foster homes, where she is getting excellent care.

nestled into a foster home waiting the
birth of her new (and final!) family.

Mai Mai

Arrived January 15th

Sweet little Mai Mai came to us from the
shelter & is now awaiting the birth of her
babies.  She is tiny, only around 6 pounds,
and just as sweet as can be!  She gets
along good with doggies, kitties, and loves
people!

Sadie

Sweet Sadie was found hiding in the bushes
near a hospital on a busy street, trying no
doubt to find a safe place to have her babies.
Luckily, we got her before the stork arrived,
and she was able to give birth in the
comfort & warmth of a foster home.  Sadie
is going to be very busy the next few weeks,
taking care of her 9 children who were born on
February 4th!

Taffy

Taffy has been a great mommy to her
babies, but now it's time for her to find
a home to call her own.  Taffy is a
Pug-Chihuahua mix, with the most loving
personality.  Her favorite pastime is cuddling,
although she has an adorable playful streak.
She gets along good with other dogs & likes
children.  Taffy is about a year old & 12 pounds. 
She will make a wonderful companion pet.

Olive

Olive is a 4 month old min pin with natural ears that show her silly personality! Someone cut off her tail but she doesn't seem to notice, her entire little body wiggles with happiness. Olive loves to be with people and will follow you all over the house. She does fine with other dogs and ignores cats, making her an easy addition to a busy household.

This tiny boy is the ultimate pocket pooch,
weighing in at a whopping 3 pounds!  And at 2 years old, he is fully grown!  If you are looking for a dog you can scoop & go, this boy is for you.  Taco loves life & gets along great
with everyone he meets........human, canine, and feline!

Mojo

Mojo came to us from someone who
bought him at a petstore & decided they
didn't want him when they found out he
was deaf.  Their loss is our gain, because
Mojo is such a sweetheart, a truly fun little
guy with a very cuddly personality.  He is
quick to learn & his foster mom has taught
him the basic commands in sign language!
Mojo would love to have some kids to play
with!

Chicory

Chicory is a beautiful and unique looking girl, around 2 years old and 60lbs. She is very friendly with people and loves to run around the yard hunting lizards and small critters. She also loves to go for walks. Chicory has basic obedience skills and is housebroken.  Chicory would do well in a home
with a mellow large breed male dog.

Ella

Meet Ella, the most outgoing girl on the block!  This little gal is all about fun.  She is so cute with her toys, all she wants to do is share.  She will bring them to her foster brother's and sister's and challenge them to a tug of war.  Although she is a mere 10 pounds, she is a sturdy gal and has a funny little gate to her walk that has earned her the nickname "Tank".  Ella has been fostered in a home with lots of other dogs and gets along with them all but would prefer a home without cats.  She is house trained and knows how to use a dog door making her an easy addition to any family.  She has lots of energy but easily calms down for endless snuggles on your lap and has a never ending supply of kisses!

Minnie

Miss Minnie is 11 lbs of pure love, and will
follow you to the ends of the earth!  She adores
her foster mommy & her canine foster sister, so
she would love to have another small dog to
pal around with.  She is a loyal gal who would
do well in a quieter home.  Minnie is
about 3 years old.

Zoe

Sweet Zoe was left in an abandoned house when her family moved away. Fortunately she was found by the realtor pretty quickly and is now safe in one of our loving foster homes. Zoe gets along well with other dogs and is a total cuddlebug! She is around 7lbs and 3 years old. Zoe is housebroken as well, making her an easy addition to a lucky household!

Maddie came to us from the shelter at 8 months old and pregnant! Despite being so young she was a wonderful mommy but is now finished with that and ready for a home where she can finish her puppyhood. Maddie is around 12-15lbs and looks like a "chiweenie", chihuahua and dachsund mix. She is shy and would love a home where someone is looking for a lap-warmer!
